Users accessing rsn9 from Prohibited Territories or jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You affirm that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services due to bankruptcy proceedings, legal guardianship, or court orders restricting gambling activity.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with rsn9. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If rsn9 detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person (verified through KYC documentation, IP address analysis, payment method matching, or device fingerprinting), we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the User.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify rsn9 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. rsn9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if you fail to maintain adequate security.
As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, rsn9 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide the following documentation when requested:
rsn9 aims to process KYC verification requests within 1-24 hours during normal business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Incomplete or unclear documentation may delay processing. Users with unverified accounts may experience withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

rsn9 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. rsn9 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your rsn9 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, fraudulent funds, or funds belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
rsn9 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. rsn9 reserves the right to investigate deposit and withdrawal patterns that appear designed to circumvent AML regulations, including but not limited to making deposits and immediately withdrawing without placing genuine bets.
Withdrawals are available only to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. The name on your rsn9 Account must match the name on your withdrawal destination bank account or e-wallet. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
rsn9 processes most withdrawal requests within 6-24 hours for standard accounts and 1-12 hours for VIP Gold tier and above. Processing times may be extended during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or if additional security verification is required. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet, with actual receipt time depending on the recipient financial institution's processing schedule.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and VIP tier. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard. Users with exceptional withdrawal requests exceeding standard limits should contact customer support for assistance.
rsn9 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, frequent small withdrawals or withdrawals below certain thresholds may be subject to administrative fees at rsn9's discretion. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees.
rsn9 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if: (a) the Account has not completed KYC verification, (b) there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations, (c) deposits have not met minimum wagering requirements, (d) the withdrawal amount exceeds established limits without prior arrangement, or (e) the Account is subject to an ongoing investigation. Users will be notified of any withdrawal delays or refusals with an explanation of the reason.
Bonuses and promotions offered by rsn9 are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. Not all Users may be eligible for all bonuses. rsn9 reserves the right to exclude certain Users from promotional offers at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or deposit amounts must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal. For example, a 100% bonus up to IDR 1,000,000 with 10x wagering requires IDR 10,000,000 in total bets (on eligible games) before withdrawal of bonus winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports betting may vary by odds. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus offer's terms.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from activation). Unused or incomplete bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period, along with any associated bonus winnings.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposite bets to guarantee profit, exploiting software errors, or any other manipulation of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. rsn9 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

You agree to engage in fair and honest play when using rsn9 Services. Any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of bots or automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or other unfair practices is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and confiscation of funds.
rsn9 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns, suspected syndicate activity, or technical errors. Bets are considered accepted only when confirmed in your Account betting history. rsn9 may limit maximum bet amounts or restrict certain betting markets for individual Users based on betting patterns or risk management policies.
All game results are determined by our certified game providers using Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing bodies. rsn9 makes every effort to settle bets promptly and accurately. If an obvious error occurs in bet settlement, rsn9 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes refunded according to the specific betting rules for that sport and market. Details are available in our sports betting rules section.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify rsn9 customer support within seven (7) days of the settlement date. Include your bet ID, the amount wagered, and a clear explanation of the alleged error. rsn9 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. rsn9's decision on all betting disputes is final.
rsn9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, (b) you provide false or misleading information, (c) you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, (d) you are found to hold multiple accounts, (e) you engage in bonus abuse or other unfair practices, (f) your Account is involved in money laundering or criminal activity, or (g) rsn9 is legally required to do so.
Upon account suspension or closure, rsn9 may: (a) void any outstanding bets, (b) forfeit any bonus balances, (c) retain deposited funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations, and (d) report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. If no fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, deposited funds and legitimate winnings will be returned after deducting any applicable charges.

Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends, and rsn9 will refuse any attempts to register new accounts during the exclusion period.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rsn9 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of IDR 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. You will be notified before any fees are applied.

rsn9 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connection issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You agree to use rsn9 Services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rsn9, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, (c) your use or misuse of rsn9 Services, or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity associated with your Account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where rsn9 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of rsn9 Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, unless such requirement is prohibited by local Indonesian law, in which case disputes may be brought in Indonesian courts.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting rsn9 customer support. Most disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication.
rsn9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, website announcement, or in-platform messaging. Your continued use of rsn9 Services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
